A Gold Canyon Business Showcase will be held in Gold Canyon from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2009 in the MountainBrook Village Superstition Center; U.S. 60 and MountainBrook Dr.

The event is free and residents and fellow business owners are invited to attend the showcase to get to know the shops and businesses in their area. There are currently over fifty-eight Gold Canyon businesses participating in the event, and all will be giving away door prizes, which means your chances to win something are pretty darn good.

For early birds, an outdoor coffee area will be hosted from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. by Gecko Espresso, The Views at Superstition and the Gold Canyon Methodist Church. A lunch of pulled pork sandwiches will be made available for purchase by the Red Sage and the Apache Junction High School Band will provide closing music.
