event pre planning comments: The pre event planning was flawless. From the beginning, we loved the packages that were able to customize along with the meetings we had with Tracy to view the different ceremony locations. Every vendor Tracy recommended we met with personally and were a perfect fit.

views personnel comments: We loved all the ladies at the Views! We can not say enough spectacular things about Tracy and how accommodating she was. The day of the wedding went by sooo fast (as I knew it would) and the other two ladies (I can't remember both names- I think Diane and Peggy? I'm sorry if I totally butchered that) worked hard and were always smiling and even cracking jokes- which made it easier not to stress on the big day :)

vendor personnel comments: Joe from Celebrity DJ, he did such a fabulous job the day of the ceremony organizing everything and everyone raved about him all weekend. I loved special moments taking the time to make sure Dan and I were comfortable when we sat down to eat and introduced themselves to us- everyone loved the food, we got many many compliments!! Exclusive Cakes, the owner was one of the nicest ladies and the cake looked and tasted fabulous! Marni from Wild Iris, did a fantastic job with the flowers since I did not have a lot of direction of what I wanted. The flowers POP in our pictures, we loved them!

time flow comments: I could not have had a better scheduled day! The time flowed and everything rolled perfectly! I only wish it hadn't gone by so fast and could have taken more in!

cleanliness comments: The venue is absolutely immaculate! The decor is elegant and took my breath away seeing it all set up. Everything down to the last detail was clean and flawless.

value comments: We were trying to stay on a reasonable budget to do the "traditional wedding" route, and we most certainly got the best bang for our buck. We could not be happier.

expectations comments: It was breathtaking!!! Details such as the table numbers I had were ones I just picked up from Michael's and Tracy used hers that looked so much better and hung from the centerpieces!! Little details like that were taken into consideration and I would not have gotten that elsewhere! Everyone raved about the ballroom and the balcony!!

We want to thank Tracy for all of her hard work! I can imagine now- planning weddings are not easy and Tracy's attitude and recommendations made everything so easy. I was not for one moment stressed about the wedding planning or the day of regarding setup or the flow of the day. I don't think many people can say that! We are grateful for the wonderful experience and thanks to Tracy we can say planning our wedding was not a stressor for us.

views personnel comments: That staff at The Views at Superstition was highly professional and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. There were even TWINKLE lights!

vendor personnel comments: I felt like the vendors we worked with through The Views were very accommodating. Working wIth Marni at Wild Iris (Apache Junction Flowers) was a great experience. She took time to get to know me and I felt she had my best interest in mind. Working with Special Moments catering was a pleasant experience as well. Brad communicated with me to make sure things were organized and set. AZ celebrity DJ communicated with me every step of the way. All my song choices were met, however sometimes the music selection was not the best to tempt people to get out onto the dance floor. The photo booth provided by AZ Celebrity DJ had a young man running it and he didn't appear to have a very pleasant attitude and did not communicate to the guests to purpose of the scrapbook. Graceful Cakes did a nice job of providing the cakes, but did not communicate to the staff that the extra sheet cake was suppose to be sliced and served as well. LightRain Images took the time to try and get the best shot whenever possible. Tropical Sno was a great addition to have for an AZ wedding.

time flow comments: Every vendor seems to be there on time and ready to go, As the bride everything seems to go well. The ceremony started a little later than planned and in turn all other events were slightly thrown off and somewhat affect how timing with events for the photographers to capture every key moment.

value comments: It was money well spent. I felt that everything looked as though I wanted. I really appreciate the original quote was honored even though through the year of planning prices had increased.

expectations comments: Everything looked really elegant. The only down fall is that the slideshow never was really a featured part due to equipment. I would have liked it to be one of the focal points, but the dvd was not on repeat. The photobooth was not as attractive as I would have liked. The cake table was beautiful as well as the Mexican sweets table.

gold canyon comments: Our experience at GCGR was slightly tainted by working with one individual. The score would have been higher, but working with Cheri was not an enjoyable experience. Communicating with Cheri while living abroad and trying to plan the wedding was difficult, I felt at times that I was inconveniencing her. Once meeting her, she still did not have a friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean. The accommodation of having our guests shuttled to the ceremony site for parking was a nice service that was provided.

comments: I felt like Tracy had a real interest in my husband and I as a couple. She took the time to work with us personally to make sure everything was what we wanted and expected. She was VERY enjoyable to work with. I would consider having a different contact at GCGR because working with some of their personnel tarnished our experience slightly.

vendor personnel comments: The demeanor of the vendor personnel varied based on vendor. The photographer was a 6, beyond excellent! The cake vendor was a 5! The florist was a 6, best flowers I have ever seen! The DJ and Bar Tender however I was not ecstatic about. The DJ owner was rude and the DJ himself did not send e-mails he was supposed to and messed up some of the special songs my husband and I picked. The bar tender did not offer the rum&punch to guests and did not tell them about it unless people knew to ask for it. The bar tender also filled the cups full of ice and very little drinks, she also attempted to cut off a guest when he had only a few drinks. All my guests said everything was amazing except my bar tender.

We missed out on some great pictures, and it dramatically took time out of my reception and time spent with my family. Everything on The Views' end was perfect, though. :)

gold canyon comments: GCGR was just horrible! They really messed up my ceremony. And the room was gross. I've been in Holiday Inn's that were nicer than that hotel room. There was stagnant water in the jet tub, the jet tub looked in disrepair, the bed felt broken and it was uncomfortable, and the whole room just seemed run down.

time flow comments: The time flow for our wedding was pretty much perfect. According to guests and family the catering was not ready to go at the specified time (approx. 10 minutes off), however this did not present any major issues to the time line.
